given they got this far after this quick it's honestly surprising. it used to be 4 releases a year, but now i think they're dubbing more episodes to dump on the stream side, and then slowly putting them out for home media release.

I mean this is the only longrunning anime there translating

The whole epsiose feels like a dragonball parody with the powerups, shouting, and sound effects. Plus the final elaphent gun vs big arm was like every DBZ clash between two blasts

Yess exactly the sound effect for the fist clashing was the one for the energy waves/blasts emanating, pushing against each other in Dragonball Z !! XD
It's a funny nod but maybe a little unsuited for punches! 😆

Rather than non-cannon filler arcs, they should have used those episodes to rely what's going on in the world of One Piece.
